Thanks for posting the article. The tigers trained in 1911 here in Monroe, LA at Bernstein Park. From what I understand Cobb didn't attend. The field's grandstand was torn down in the early 80s or so, from what I'm told. I can't remember seeing it in person. Thanks for sharing.
