While not really the same type of disc mentioned above, I’ll go ahead and include the 1977 MSA cup lid. Notice on this MSA lid pictured; it has the unpunched straw hole on the lid slightly off to the right of center, which is far scarcer than the common hole lid at the 12:00 mark
