It was a real sale -- I know who the under-bidder is, and I am pretty sure I know the winner, and neither are affiliated with Heritage (except as customers).
I am pretty sure there is a new David Hall on the scene... and David did not always make (what appeared in the moment) rational purchases. Although -- for you Kevin -- he laughing all the way to the bank now.
