Last pic is this Luis Lopez, which makes me think this was probably signed in spring training.

The 3rd pic is confusing. I'm 99% sure the top signature is Timo Perez, who around that time would've been a Mets up and coming prospect. Below him appears to be longtime pitching coach Chuck Hernandez, who wasn't with either team at that point in time. They do appear to be in a different pen so maybe they were acquired at a different time than the rest of the ball?
EDIT: Timo and Hernandez crossed paths with the '07 Tigers but that seems to be the only commonality I see between the two.
