Hal Trosky is fun. I sent a nice letter and questionnaire to his son who sent me the check. What a thrill finding that in the mail.. 
The 
Bill Buckner payroll check is likely the last he ever received as a pro ball player.
The 
Blyleven check from Topps was the first Bert ever received from the baseball card company.
