Just to be clear, the auction winner is Niembre as I don't allow "change bids" in any of my auctions. I know it wasn't stated per se, but as long as I've been on N54 bidders pretty much know my procedures. I don't always list every single auction rule I have in every auction I list.

Trying to be fair to all & have offered Blackie another Henderson.
