Canada
Here are some other tidbits for mailing to Canada.
For a First Class package, insurance is not available. If you want insurance, you have to upgrade to International Priority, which starts at $34, plus the cost of the insurance. Or, you can Register your package, which starts at around $16, plus the cost of postage, but the "insurance value" is only $41, so if a $100 card is lost or damaged, you can only file a claim for $41, so in essence, you won't be able to insure a card unless you sent it by Express or Priority.
Also, the value of the merchandise in a First Class package cannot exceed $400, so if the value is over $400, you have to upgrade to Priority.
