WTB: Topps Rack and Cello Packs 1972-1977
Hello, I am interested in purchasing a nice condition unopened Topps Baseball rack or cello pack from 1972-1977
Must have the original Topps header card and must have at least one star/HOFer on top. If it is a cello pack, i’d prefer PSA graded.
