Default Topps Intentional Errors?

Happen to be a bit of a nerd when it comes to collecting vintage cards and actually take time to read the backs - Topps seems to be pretty accurate when it came to reporting the facts.

This 1964 Hal Smith seems to be a pretty innocent looking card until you turn it over and find the following “Hal cracked a three run homer in the 7th game of the 1960 World Series, which sent the New York YANKEES down in defeat.”

It’s true that he indeed hit a 3-run Hr in that game, but it wasn’t the one that sent the Yankees down in defeat that honor was of course Bill Mazeroski’s wall off in the 9th that ended that dramatic series.

Anyone have other examples of historical errors?
