I don't think the 100th year after the death of someone is quite as collected as most other things. People can collect how they want to though, and I am sure there are many who do collect death anniversary stuff. As long as they are having fun and not committing fraud all is ok LOL.
25k at the BIN price isn't much of a bargain either.
