It's Roy Partlow, Grays pitcher from 1938-1944 (except 1940 when he played in Mexico). He was a heck of a hitter and played in the outfield when needed. When Johnny Wright washed out of Montreal in 1946, the Dodgers signed Partlow to join Jackie Robinson on the Royals. Although he was 2-0 he was also 35 years-old and never made it to the majors.
