Stu Miller
It's not in the top 21. $260 for one of those would seem like a very good deal. But I do think Miller could certainly be #22. Billy Martin would also probably be in the top 25. I think the other Twins you mention, while tough, are a little easier than those 2.
By the way, the only other Stu Miller I've seen on EBay recently had tape on his face, and went for over $140.
