I'd return it, Rick...
Anyone who rolls up a photo pennant has no regard for the item (or for you as the buyer). This guy probably deserves to foot the cost of a return. Plus, it would bug you every time you looked at it (and wondered how long the photo can hang in there).
I know it would bother the heck out of me (if I collected Photo Pennants
