Bumping this for awareness...
Unfortunately, this seller stopped communicating once funds were sent and I was told I would be receiving a tracking #. No tracking was provided, the cards were never received, and the the user has not responded to several messages via PM and email over the last few weeks.
They also have not logged in since our last communication. I have no recourse as I paid pp friends/family, which is my own fault - at least it's only $15.
