The question for me would be when and why the pasteover?

The back that was added was miscut, and would probably have sold easily even when backs and errors weren't a big deal. And until fairly recently a wrong back wouldn't have brought a huge premium. So why?

Repairing scrapbook damage with whatever was at hand or with a bit of a card that was pasted in so the back showed?

There was a bunch of T206s that went through ebay some time ago that were similar. All showed back damage, but some had a second back, somewhat see through over the regular back. I'd thought they were reversed, or the back of a second card from a scrapbook, but both read correctly. And there was no sense to it at all, most were P350 over P350, so not like someone was rebacking with tougher backs.
