This is a REAL missing yellow in error card. THey are super rare as most are really just sun faded. The altered ones are easy to tell because they have a dull appearance. Most also have a dirty look to them.

This one has very vibrant colors and I 100% guarantee it to be a real missing yellow print error card. In hand the colors on the card are even more vibrant and darker than my phone picture shows. The normal card is just for comparison.
