Oh yeah, PSA would pay the difference with their guarantee.... right.... They could just say, "hey, it's our opinion it is not altered" and that would be that... TPGs have it made... what will really be a shocker (not) is if in the future it is revealed/proven that major TPGs were in cahoots with sellers and AHs in an effort to drive up prices.
Exactly right. Lots of people who have no idea about what they are buying and are paying loads of money for a number (an opinion). And the ONLY reason that card will sell for what it might is that number. Crazy.
