Full disclaimer: I sent this in to PSA 2 months ago and it came back MINSIZEREQ. I have owned this card since 1989 when I traded a few hot cards (at the time) for it just because I wanted to get my first card of The Mick.
Condition description: aside from the rounded corners this card has a light but noticeable crease running through the entire length of the left-middle of this card. There are rubber band marks on the left and right edges. A tear in the left border middle, and a "Z" shaped indentation/scratch on the middle right border.
All in all, a solid but definitely worn card.
