Artvue HOF Postcard signed by Dazzy Vance "with kind regards" at the bottom. There is a smudge on the "S" in "regards" but no smudging in the auto itself. The back is fairly clean, with no writing - pictures of both sides included.
Encapsulated/Authenticated by PSA/DNA. The last example I can see sold in Heritage for $4320 in May this year.
