Default Postage stamp block and autograph dual grading ??
I have a very nice postage stamp block from September 1969 signed by Neil Armstrong. I would really like to get this dual graded but I have received conflicting answers from PSA customer service as to whether this is possible. One customer service rep indicated PSA used to grade stamps. The other said they would grade the item. Does anyone know if PSA (or any other TPG's) will dual grade this item ?
