sold 1953 TOPPS MICKEY MANTLE PSA AUTHENTIC ALTERED

HAS (EX DETAILS CENTERED, NO CREASES,no wrinkles centered and NO DINGED CORNERS ) its a great looking card
despite few small WHITE BLOTCHES in the red name section
and upon closer inspection with PSA card in hand , the top border has a tiny 1mm wide curved sliver of the paper removed about 3/4" long , it actually does not even go all the the way through as the back of the card is fully intact where that occurs .
so PSA in their infinite wisdom deemed the card
AUTHENTIC BUT ALTERED
