Signatures include Hank Greenberg, Lefty Grove, Bob Feller, Warren Spahn, Waite Hoyt, Earl Averill, Billy Herman, Lloyd Waner, Lou Boudreau, Charlie Gehringer, Luke Appling, Stan Coveleski, Gaylord Perry, Jocko Conlan, Whitey Ford, Ford Frick, Burleigh Grimes, George Kelly, Max Carey, Ted Lyons, Rube Marquard, Joe Cronin, Lefty Gomez, Joe McCarthy, Edd Roush, Jesse Haines, and Carl Hubbell.
Each autograph is on its own index card and the reverse sides of each contains the JSA decal. Included are 27 separate JSA COA postcards.
