I'm thinking that wouldn't be taken well at all...
I would think that an NDA would cover lawful portions of the business protecting trade secrets, technology, customer lists, proprietary info etc.. When it comes to illegal or criminal activity I would think the NDA is not valid for that...that would be like hiring a hit man, having him sign an NDA to do the job, getting caught and NOT spilling the beans... then again me not a barrister...
