WOW, I must be misunderstanding something here.
I understand mistakes happen, true character is shown by how you fix those mistakes.
So a incompetent moron sent the wrong package out. Then they send the recipient a bill for something they did not buy. Then they hold hostage the item he did win and has paid for. Did I miss something?
