I actually have a follow up question. I followed this card through based on the instructions you gave and I see it on COMC but what exactly do you see that allows you to determine that it was graded in the summer of 2013? In other words, even though this was a 2013 card issued in the summer of 2013, couldn't it have been submitted to PSA after this?
