Oooh good find! Can't be certain though. Maybe Mr. Wilcox could investigate further and let us know. If it is it really makes you wonder. Look at the age difference between the hash oil Dale Ball and the twelve Visalia residents and others who were booked. A good 20 years apart at least. That Dale Ball knew exactly what he was doing.
