Really depends on 2 things.
1) Do you trust the recipient to say they received the card when you have no proof that it did?
2) Some people will freak out if they receive a card in a PWE even if it shows up perfectly. So make sure it is OK with the buyer.
Personly I don't care how any card is sent to me as long as it arrives unharmed.
