From REA terms: “All lots remain open for bidding until the close of the entire auction. All lots are closed simultaneously. REA does not employ a lot-by-lot closing method. Technically items that have received only a single bid will be closed for bidding during the extended period since only one bidder would have qualified to participate in extended bidding (and cannot outbid himself); however, ll lots remain open for bidding until the close of the entire auction.
