[Al Parker]

Here's a lot of 10 items related to August 2, 1970 when the Detroit Tigers honored Al Kaline. I got them in an auction about 15 years ago and now want to pass them on to another Tigers fan or Kaline collector. Included are:
1 8x10 color photo of Al and Louise Kaline, with Michigan Governor William Milliken and Detroit Mayor Roman Gribbs in the background.
1 8x10 color photo of unidentified attendees at the ceremony.
7 mimeographed copies of letters sent to Kaline's teammates & managers inviting them to the event.
1 mimeographed note from Feb. 1970 organizing the ceremony. It includes a note from Kaline on the bottom about who he'd like included on the organizing committee. The note is to Lee Iacocca who was chair of the event and includes his signature, as well as Kaline's.
These are all One-of-a-kind items that a Kaline collector will want to have. I've enjoyed them and now it's time to pass them on.
