All PSA 8s and above will be confiscated!!!! A national museum will be built to host them -- free of charge naturally, with multiple crying rooms and other snowflake accommodations -- built to the latest green standards. Access will be by high speed rail only. There will be a special Venezuelan Topps exhibit, of course.
