The 1969 Pete Rose All-Star card has Mickey Mantle batting in the background. Same photo as the 1965 Mantle World Series HR card. Also, the Rod Carew All Star shows Lou Brock batting in the background (same photo as the 1969 Brock World Series card), and the Ron Santo All-Star shows Al Kaline (same photo as the 1969 World Series Kaline card). I think this is pretty cool. Is it old news?
