That said, those cards look better than I'd expect. They're not obviously fake. Do you have them in hand? Can you take pictures on an angle? Can you put ones that you know are real from the same set next to them? How about feel? Do the fronts and backs feel like the real one? Do they smell old?
We can't answer these questions for you.
If you don't have them and are looking to buy from an online seller, did you aks why they weren't graded? How did they answer? If it feels like a scam, it is. Come to an agreement that you'll buy them for $X if they come back at least Authentic from PSA, SGC, or BVG. See how they respond to that offer.
