"Cards in the actual checklist that have been confirmed are presented below. The lone card below that has not been seen by me is that of Ping Bodie. While I have not seen this card, his presence has been confirmed by collectors that are in possession of this card. Therefore, I have added him to the list despite not physically seeing the card myself."

So yeah, pretty rare.
