Direct from former AL umpire Dave Phillips. This is a game worn AL umpire's hat from the 1980's-90's (he is unsure the exact time frame). Shows wear and dirt stains on outside and inside of hat. #7 on underside of brim but faded as it's black on black. Comes with a COA from Sport Collectors Ltd.
