Your first statement is correct. There are 250 total silks in each of the sets (S21 and S22). Each one of those sets has a total of 50 baseball silks (25 of the baseball pitcher and 25 of the batter).

So, S21 has 50 total baseball silks and S22 has 50 total baseball silks.
