You would think that somewhere out there there has to be an 8.5 or 9 which would amount to a monster card as zero others seem to exist.
Was looking at SMR and got to thinking - what about SGC or Beckett thus the inquiry on VCP data

some of the 8s may of been before the half grades in place....and some others 8s can be resubmitted ....
