Peter, I’m not losing sleep over this and I’m sure I will get my cards, but it’s not exactly how I would prefer a submission to be handled either. I only hope i at least get a tracking number when they ship my cards.

Transition period for them as everyone knows. Be proactive. I just emailed Matt as he had told me last week my order would be ready today, and he wrote right back with the tracking number. This really isn't difficult, and I'm not a major submitter so I am not getting any special attention I assure you.
