There is no discount unless you are a B&N member which is well worth it. Black Friday is just the day that they put the signed books on the shelf. There is no extra charge for an autographed copy, they charge you the same as they would for an unsigned book. They usually have a selection of 50-75 signed books to choose from.
edited to add: they also are very good about making sure the autographs are legit. Last year they pulled all of the Brian Wilson books when they found he had used an auto signer.
