I'm sure Jeff won't mind an anecdote about Orr. When he was 13 or 14, and already regarded as a mega prospect (they KNOW these things so early in hockey somehow), the Bruins sent a veteran scout to Canada to have a look. The scout comes back, there's a meeting, and the scout reports, this kid could play in the NHL. People roll their eyes, the owner or GM or whoever says tell us something we don't know please. The scout says, you don't understand. I mean right now.
