[ATP]

Anyone recognize or have any ideas on the bottom autograph on this page? The top one is Andre Navarra. It could be another music related autograph, or I suppose a location of where it was obtained. Navarra was travelling quite extensively at that time on tours performing, so it could be in a foreign language, or likely someone else who was performing with him. Any thoughts or even ideas as to "kind of" what it looks like might help, I've tried a few things I thought it resembled but haven't had any luck. Thanks for taking the time to look.
