Hi Bryan - Leaving things like the SP rarities of Doyle/Magie/St. Louis Demmitt/O'Hara out, the Elberfeld WAS Port./Dahlen Brooklyn are at the top. Dahlen's more like a star but I'm talking non-HOFs here.
The six horizontals are all more than standard commons, with Pelty being the priciest.
Durham, Titus, Tenney, Frank Smith CHI/BOS, Ames Hands at Chest, Adkins, Rhoades Arm Extended, and Puttman are well-known more expensive/tougher ones. Donlin Seated is often cited but PSA has actually graded significantly fewer of his fielding card. And of course all of the Southern Leaguers are mostly lightly-regarded players but not sold as commons.
There's a slew of probably a couple dozen others that could be cited as a little tougher than normal. That list above isn't comprehensive and I could even be leaving a bigger one out. Here are some older threads:
