I've had returns like this before. The seller changes the address before a return is requested so the eBay generated label will show the new address. Then it is changed back and the card is delivered to the "wrong address". eBay would have record of the seller changing the address. All the buyer would have to do is call eBay and ask them to verify that it happened.
