Partly-printed Document Signed by Nixon as President, 23" x 19", April 19, 1974. President Nixon appoints Hastings Keith of Massachusetts as a Member of the Defense Manpower Commission. Signed by Richard Nixon and countersigned by Secretary of State William P. Rogers. Hastings Keith served in the Army during WWII and was a Congressman from Massachusetts. In fine condition, clean, no toning, one light crease in lower left corner, far removed from printing. Richard Nixon Presidential Appointment Documents are rare. $1250 + shipping.
