Default FS: Garrety Dry Cleaners type card

For the most discerning (or obsessive) of type card collectors, here is one of the great rarities of the prewar era, a Garrety Dry Cleaners W572. Comparable in rarity to W514 Robinson Cruso Peanuts, W572 Cafe du Monde, and W575-1 Shotwell Mfg. and much rarer than, for example, the Cobb/Cobb back, T207 Red Cross, or E92 Croft's Candy (red), the type has never as far as I know been offered at public auction.

So I'll be honest, I don't know what a reasonable asking price is on this card, but I've come up with a range based on what the other similarly rare backs have brought. Long story short, I'm open to offers, but since nobody likes a FS post without an asking price, here's mine: $1425.
