Made in the USA. It is a Rawlings 30C model ball and has a horsehide cover.
The ball and box would date to the 1960's and thinking specifically 1964 as I found this similar (but not the same) ball on Keyman Collectibles. But safe to generalize and say its from the mid 1960's.
