Default 1944 Team Issue
Leon is correct. I have a set of 1944 Cubs team issued photos with this exact picture of Cavaretta. The same photo is used in the 1942 photos, and if i remember correctly, it was also used in 1939, 1940, 1941, and 1943. I have a scan of the 1939 photo, but I no longer have the photo.

The top photo below is from my 1942 photo pack and the bottom photo is from my 1944 set.

The only way to tell the sets apart is to look at the checklists in the Standard Catalog to determine the year of the photo pack.
