Gary Carter was a manager in the Mets system for a few seasons and made a push to land the big league job in 2008.
This jersey was framed and given to the Carter family after his passing, though the jersey is game worn - just not by Carter - it was the style used by the St. Lucie Mets in 2009/2010. The clubhouse manager put this together after his passing to commemorate the championship he brought to the team. Rawlings size 44 framed to 35x45 with a letter from Sandy Carter.
