Not a heavy crease across the front more like a mark. Small crease on the left edge that barely shows on the back of the card.
1965 Topps
Old tape residue on the front and part of the back. Discoloration on the front from the pink border. Small surface crease on right hand Edge. Speck of paper loss on front.
