I don't believe so Al, but my research is ongoing. As you know, there's a rule against perpetuities--just don't ask me to explain it ![Smile](forum/images/smilies/smile.gif) My hope was that it could save me, but it appears there may be exceptions to the rule, and with my luck, one such exception has my name on it.
