There was a member here a while back who had some nice wood display boxes he made to hold psa graded cards. I don't remember his name but someone here could probably put you in touch if youre interested.
I found white cardboard boxes at a local card shop a couple of years ago that fit and held a couple hundred graded cards each. They worked well when I was working on a set.
